In order to maintain the entrance, porch, yard, and area in front of the entrance in proper condition, in the housing and communal services structure there are positions such as janitors and cleaners of entrances and garbage chambers.

To record the work of these employees, a special schedule is drawn up with a list of their responsibilities. The cleaning schedule for the entrance of an apartment building is usually drawn up for a month. It indicates the type of work and the frequency of its completion, or the dates on which the cleaning must be carried out.

Most of the population lives in multi-storey buildings. The entrances of these houses need cleaning. But due to the lack of a single owner, a compromise has to be made in the form of cleaning one by one. Cleaning people are assigned using a special schedule. Thus, every house needs a schedule for cleaning entrances in an apartment building, a sample of which is easy to find.

What is included in entryway cleaning?

According to the law, in many countries, residents of the house are responsible for cleaning the entrances and areas adjacent to the house. But in some countries they make an exception. They hire special people for the position of cleaner. Still, most people focus on cleaning by the residents themselves. For effective cleaning, the territory is divided into several parts:

  1. Entrance. Most often it is necessary to clean there. There is a separate item for this in the schedule for cleaning staircases in an apartment building.
  2. Yard Roads, paths near the house. But if the road is severely damaged, you should contact the municipality.
  3. Area. If there is a children's playground on the territory, then only those who know how to properly care for it are assigned to it.
  4. Garden, alley. Near some houses, especially in large cities, there is a mini-garden that requires maintenance.

Residents can also hire a special cleaning company, which is decided at the meeting. But serious seasonal problems may arise due to weather changes. Some companies and people refuse to clean their yard during certain seasons. So, if the second option was chosen, then it is worth looking through several companies and discussing in advance the cleaning schedule for an apartment building and seasonal features.

Seasonal cleaning features:

  1. Usually, when signing a contract with cleaners, there is an agreement that the yard and entrance will be cleaned once a day. In case of failure to comply with the conditions, it is possible to terminate the contract.
  2. During the winter, it is important to clean your yard every day. At this time of year, a huge amount of leaves accumulate on the ground. It is necessary to get rid of them quickly, otherwise they may stick to paths and roads.
  3. But we must not forget about seasonal work. These include whitewashing trees and borders.

Also, other work is possible. Everything depends on the decision of the housing council. You will just need to draw up a cleaning schedule for the apartment building and nearby areas, and the company will solve all these issues.

What is it, what laws is it regulated by?

The cleaning schedule is a grid, designed in the form of a table . It lists the main areas of work of the cleaner and the frequency of their implementation. The proposed schedule must be strictly followed.

The schedule is required for all employees hired as a cleaner. It must be freely accessible to residents.

A schedule is a document that is regulated at the legislative level. It was developed and approved on 09.12.99 and recorded in Appendix 3 of Order No. 139 of the State Construction Committee.

How often should you clean?

It is recommended to clean the area once a day. But you can make exceptions and not clean the yard for several days. Also, it all depends on the time of year:

  1. In summer. It is necessary to monitor the mini-garden in the yard, if there is one. Mow the grass, look after the flowers. This time is often associated with the summer holidays, so it is worth preparing a playground.
  2. Autumn. It is necessary to look after the mini-garden, clean the area, and mow the grass. And at the end of autumn it is necessary to pay special attention to the leaves.
  3. Winter. Active removal of fallen leaves. When snow falls, you will need to remove it and then sprinkle sand on slippery roads. It will be necessary to take care of the mini-garden in the yard and cover the flowers that are afraid of the cold.
  4. Spring. Plant flowers in the garden, tidy up the area. When the grass begins to grow, you will need to actively mow it and take care of the lawn.

The cleaning schedule for an apartment building should be drawn up based on the opinions of the residents. It is worth considering who will be available for cleaning and when. It is best to select several people for one place, based on their capabilities and skills. But one group of people cannot clean the yard all the time. Because of this, it is necessary to determine how often duty shifts will change. All this needs to be decided at the housing council. It’s another matter if the option with a harvesting campaign is chosen. Typically, such companies draw up schedules themselves, but they do this also taking into account the opinions of apartment residents.

Entrance area is an area of an apartment building that is in common use. Each of the residents has the opportunity to maintain cleanliness in the entrance at the proper level. In some cases, residents independently set a schedule for cleaning entrances in an apartment building. The priority order does not have a fixed form and can be drawn up taking into account the occupancy factor of the apartments and the needs of the owners. In other situations, the cleaning of entrances is carried out by persons hired by the management company. In this case, residents are charged a monthly fee. The general rules for maintaining cleanliness in apartment buildings are established by the housing legislation of the Russian Federation.

Self-cleaning by residents

Independent cleaning of the entrance and surrounding areas is not within the competence of the residents of the house. This is due not only to the fact that they give money for these services, but to the fact that it is dangerous. The cleaning plan includes washing windows and the electrical panel - hazardous tasks.

Complaining that the cleaning is carried out by the residents themselves, and there is no employee on this issue, makes no sense. The created commission will come to the site and note that sanitary standards have been met, so the requirements will not be satisfied. It is convenient to carry out the work in a consistent manner, that is, to distribute the work schedule in case the entrance or house refuses the services of the utility company. This procedure takes a lot of time and is not always accessible.

In Russia, cleaning standards in apartment buildings are strictly prescribed. Residents have the right to choose a sanitation inspector. But you shouldn’t think that maintaining cleanliness and order is the task of one cleaning lady.

If drunken groups regularly gather at the entrance, creating chaos and unsanitary conditions, or the walls have become a “canvas” for teenage vandals, then it makes sense to install doors with a combination lock, or, in extreme cases, even contact law enforcement agencies.

Organizing entrance cleaning for residents

Cleaning the entrances of residential buildings can be carried out in two ways.

First option.

Cleaning the entrances in the first option involves hiring a cleaner who will keep order in the entrance and on the landings. This could be one of the residents of the house. Residents collect a fixed amount of money each month to pay the cleaning lady.

It is necessary to appoint a person responsible for contacting the hired employee, handing him the payment and transmitting comments received from residents. Cleaning agencies have become very popular. They provide a wide range of services and maintain apartments, houses and other premises. Residents can enter into an agreement with such a company and pay it money according to the agreement.

This option provides guarantees of high-quality cleaning of the entrance, since the employees are qualified, use professional tools and equipment, strictly adhere to the rules of the contract, and their work is effectively organized. In addition, it is possible to obtain additional services if necessary, that is, flexible terms of cooperation are offered.

For many management organizations, cleaning entrances using specialized companies is the most preferable option. The exceptions are those management companies that have their own cleaning work well established. In this case, they can provide this service themselves, collect payment for it and manage the funds received. To ensure that residents do not have complaints, two basic conditions must be met:

  • carry out cleaning in a quality and timely manner;
  • set a tariff corresponding to the average market prices for this service.

For the rest of the management companies, concluding an agreement with a cleaning company will allow them to relieve themselves of worries about maintaining cleanliness in the entrances. In most cases, residents are also satisfied with cleaning entrances using this option. Few people today are ready to clean the entrances on their own, and specialized companies do it according to a clear schedule and with sufficient quality.

The decision to choose a cleaning company is made at a house-wide meeting. It can take place with or without the participation of the management company. In the first case, the management company proposes a candidate and announces the amount of the monthly fee for his services. Upon receipt of approval from the majority of residents, an agreement is concluded.

The initiative can be taken by the residents themselves or cleaning companies. If they bring the minutes of a general house meeting with a decision to order services from a specific company, then the management company can only accept it and formalize it properly. In both cases, a new line appears in the receipt for housing and communal services for cleaning entrances with a fixed fee.

Second option

Cleaning the entrances according to the second option is more difficult, since activities related to cleaning the entrance are organized by the residents. This issue must be resolved at a general meeting, in which case the decisions made at it will be valid throughout the entire common territory.

This option is implemented according to the following algorithm:
  1. A house-wide meeting is organized, before which the apartment owners must be convinced of the need to attend.
  2. The person who will take on the control functions is determined. It is better if he is trusted, since he will be responsible for resolving controversial situations.
  3. The volume of necessary work related to cleaning the entrance is discussed. Usually, this means cleanliness of the floor and walls. Sometimes there will be a need for general cleaning with washing of windows, radiators and lighting fixtures. If there is an elevator, then its cleaning also needs to be taken into account.
  4. The frequency of cleaning the entrance is established. You can take as a basis the deadlines specified in the current legislation, but at the request of the residents, the deadlines can be changed.
  5. The order in which the entrance will be cleaned is discussed. A schedule is being drawn up. It is worth hanging it in a visible place on the landing, and not relying on a verbal agreement.
  6. Penalties are being developed. Although the administrative code provides for a fine for violating the rules for keeping entrances clean, everything is not so simple. Most likely, the impact will come through conversations and comments.
  7. Another option is to hang a sign on the door of unscrupulous tenants.

Normative base

Cleaning of entrances, in accordance with established regulations, must be carried out by authorized persons within the allotted time frame. In practice, it rarely happens that one separate person is responsible for cleaning each entrance. More often there are cases when one cleaner cleans several entrances at once.

If there is an agreement with the building management company, the absence of personnel involved in cleaning the entrances is a violation of the rights of residents. Any agreement with the management company contains provisions that require it to clean the staircases and surrounding areas.

To ensure that the rights of apartment owners are fully respected, a number of legislative control acts have been developed. The list of regulatory provisions includes:

  • Resolution of the State Construction Committee No. 170 “On approval of the Rules and Standards for the technical operation of the housing stock.”
  • Government Decree No. 290 “On approval of the Rules and Standards for the technical operation of the housing stock...”.
  • GOST 56192-2014.
  • Order of the State Construction Committee No. 191 “On approval of recommendations on the standardization of material resources for the maintenance and repair of housing stock.”
  • Order of the State Construction Committee No. 139 “On approval of Recommendations on the standardization of labor for workers involved in the maintenance and repair of housing stock.”

The above legal acts allow you to get an idea of how cleaning of common areas (including entrances) should be carried out. Management company employees directly involved in establishing order must be familiar with these rules.

What types of cleaning work should be carried out?

According to existing standards, three types of cleaning are regularly carried out at entrances: wet, dry and sanitary .

Each type of cleaning has its own rules and regularity.

Dry

Carried out more frequently. It consists of wiping dust on all surfaces, as well as sweeping staircases, corridors, and utility rooms. You can also use a dry broom to sweep away debris from ceilings with cobwebs.

Wet

It is carried out less frequently and consists of washing floors on the stairs, in the elevator, and in utility rooms. Must be included:

  1. wet cleaning of window sills;
  2. window cleaning;
  3. batteries;
  4. gratings;
  5. railing

This also includes:

  • washing lampshades;
  • wiping panels, drawers, walls;
  • cleaning floors and elevator doors.

Sanitary

Regulated by order of the State Construction Committee of the Russian Federation No. 191 dated August 22, 2000. It consists of sweeping and washing floors in public areas of the apartment building in order to disinfect the premises to prevent the development of pathogenic bacteria.

Who is responsible for cleaning the entrances of an apartment building?

The rules for cleaning the entrances of apartment buildings state that if a cooperation agreement has been concluded between the residents of the management company, the latter must provide all the necessary conditions for regular cleaning of the entrances. Her responsibilities include employing people who will be cleaning on an ongoing basis. For this work, the management company charges residents an additional fee.

If responsibility for an apartment building lies with the Homeowners Association (HOA), then its chairman takes on the responsibility for organizing cleaning in the hallways. In this case, residents also pay for cleaning services separately.

Management company employees directly involved in cleaning are also responsible for compliance with all regulations regarding the frequency and methods of carrying out work to maintain cleanliness. The management company also has the right to enter into agreements with individuals, as well as contractor organizations.

Quality requirements

Each resident's cleanliness requirements may be different. The cleaning specialist will not adapt to the requirements of apartment residents; he performs work in accordance with legal requirements. It is worth understanding that cleaning in a new building or an old Khrushchev building will ultimately look different.

If it takes a cleaner a couple of minutes to bring the entrance to a new house into proper shape, then it will not be possible to get rid of the “dust that has accumulated for decades” in a Stalinist or Khrushchev-era building. Satisfactory quality of cleaning is stated if:

  1. there are no puddles or very noticeable pieces of dirt and dust on the floor;
  2. no cigarette butts, bottles, food or grocery packages;
  3. There is no unpleasant odor from the garbage.

Separately, it is worth noting the issues of vandalism. Residents think that the cleaning lady should clean up marks left with paint or other means on her own. Washing the walls of the entrance, as required by the Decree, is carried out twice a month. At this time, the cleaning lady’s attention can be drawn to the drawings that appear on the walls of the entrance or elevator. However, if a specialist cannot remove the inscriptions using a standard set of household chemicals, then he will not do this. In this case, the residents themselves must reduce the damage caused.

What to do in case of poor cleaning, where and how to complain

The maximum number of residents of the entrance must sign the complaint!

If cleaning is not carried out with the frequency stated in the schedule or the schedule itself does not comply with the regulations, and also if residents are not satisfied with the quality of the work being carried out, then they can write a complaint. First of all, you should contact a local company that provides cleaning services. The application is written as a general statement from the residents of the entrance.

The maximum number of signatures is collected. The situation is described in detail, and a document is submitted addressed to the head of the organization. Notarization or any stamps are not required. In 95% of cases, the problem is resolved at this stage: a new cleaning plan is drawn up, and measures are taken, up to and including dismissal, against the employee. Next, contact the following authorities:

  • Rospotrebnadzor;
  • Housing district or city inspection;
  • Local prosecutor's office.

Residents express in free form exactly what they are not happy with. The more points there are, the better. It is important to collect as many signatures as possible. Utility bills include the services of a cleaning company, and sometimes this is a lot of money - you shouldn’t be careless about cleaning the premises.

In some cases, residents enter into their own agreement with the management company. It specifies the frequency and type of work. Notarized. In such a case, if the company does not fulfill its obligations, it makes sense to file a claim with the prosecutor’s office and demand the return of the money spent for payment for services.

Where can I get the document?

You can view the schedule at the management company .
To do this, you need to visit the office and ask for the relevant documentation. Another option is to contact the person in charge of the house (chairman) and ask him about the specifics of cleaning at a specific address.

In many entrances, the cleaning schedule is printed and posted on the notice board or at the concierge. This grid changes every month. The cleaner makes daily notes in it about what work was performed and on what date it was performed. This system is very convenient, as it allows residents to control the quality of services provided.

You can view the schedule on the Internet . This grid can be downloaded and printed so that all owners of an apartment building can see it.

Residents need to control not only the marks made by the cleaner in the grid, but also the actual performance of the work. If there is a signature on the schedule, and the entrance is dirty, you need to inform the person in charge of the house about this.

Main works

Regulatory documents describe in detail the types of sanitary work. Minimum required list:

  • cleaning with a wet broom and mopping the floor in all common areas;
  • washing and sweeping the halls where the elevators are located, and the cabins themselves;
  • removal of dirt on areas in front of the garbage chute, staircases, removal of garbage;
  • cleaning of dust from window sills, railings, light bulb covers, wall panels, mailboxes, window grilles, attic stairs, electrical and low-current network boxes;
  • washing windows, removing dust deposits from ceilings.

The responsibilities of the cleaner also include maintaining the cleanliness of the entrance doors and cleaning the door dirt bars before entering the entrance.

Description

Provisions that must be indicated in the schedule:

  1. Address of the apartment building where cleaning will be carried out.
  2. Types of work and services provided.
  3. Frequency of work.
  4. The cost of services is based on 1 sq. m. total area.

Depending on the region and the characteristics of the epidemiological situation, the authorities may make adjustments to the established schedule . However, they should not infringe on the rights of homeowners or conflict with their interests. The grid for a particular house is drawn up by its managers, that is, the chairman or management of the HOA.

If the cleaning frequency is not observed, residents have the right to contact the management company. If it is inactive, a complaint is written to regulatory authorities, for example, to Rospotrebnadzor or to the housing inspectorate.

Comprehensive information about cleaning the entrances of apartment buildings is presented in this section.

Where to complain and what to do if they don’t clean it up?

Unfortunately, poor quality of cleaning in hallways is becoming the norm. Increasingly, residents of apartment buildings are faced with the negligence of the management company, which regularly collects money but does not deal with the issue of cleaning. Just swearing is really useless.

It is better to act to assert your rights. This does not mean that you immediately need to go to court with a claim. There are several organizations, starting with the management company itself, where you can contact even before the trial for a peaceful resolution of the issue.

Pre-trial proceedings

First, you need to complain directly to the company that collects money for cleaning. If this is a management company, then they are obliged to respond and advise the residents of the house about the inadequate quality of cleaning. If the Criminal Code does not respond to complaints, then the following authorities for pre-trial proceedings:

  • Rospotrebnadzor.
  • State housing inspection.
  • Prosecutor's office.
  • District or city administration.

Usually the Manager reacts to the first complaints from residents about dirt in the entrances. But there are also difficult situations.

Required documents and evidence

It is necessary to draw up an act on improper cleaning of the apartment building entrance, which will reflect all the shortcomings made by the management company. It is advisable to invite representatives of the company to record violations; if they do not appear at the appointed time, then you can take 2-3 people from the residents of the apartment building as witnesses. You can also make a photo or video report confirming poor quality work.

We do not recommend completing the documents yourself. Save time - contact our lawyers by phone:

Drawing up an application

First of all, you must send a complaint to the management company in the form of an application. It is compiled in free form, but should consist of three parts:

  1. A cap. It indicates to whom exactly the complaint was sent, the name of the organization, address and telephone number, as well as the contact details of the applicant. If there are several applicants, then it is necessary to list all of them, indicating their contact information.
  2. In the main part, all tenants’ claims should be presented in as much detail as possible, with possible details.
  3. Conclusion with signature and date. At the end of the document there must be signatures of all applicants, if there are several.

We do not recommend completing the documents yourself. Save time - contact our lawyers by phone:

There are a number of rules for filing an application with the Criminal Code:

  1. The application must be completed in two copies. Then it will be possible to prove that some of the residents’ demands have not been met.
  2. Both copies must be registered at the company office. If the office refuses to register the application, then it must be sent by registered mail with notification.
  3. It is allowed to resort to a collective statement if the order in the entrance does not suit several residents at once. This will have more weight for the management company.

The building management must send a special commission that will check the complaints of apartment building residents. After this, violations must be eliminated as soon as possible. If the management company does not respond to the complaint, you can go to complain to higher authorities.

Terms of consideration

Complaints in government organizations must be considered within a month, Art. 12 Federal Law No. 59, an organization that manages an apartment building is required to respond to an appeal within 5 days, clause 40 of PP 491.

If no response is received during this period, then residents have every right to apply to the courts with a statement of claim. Typically, the response of the Management Company is faster, especially since it is in the interests of the responsible persons to prevent appeals to higher authorities.

Trial

If no arguments work, the only option is to go to court. The claim can be either individual or collective. The latter will have more weight. The statement of claim should include claims and statements submitted by the organization prior to the trial.

The best option when deciding to go to court is to contact a competent lawyer who will help you understand the nuances and correctly draw up a statement.

On what grounds can they refuse and what to do in this case?

The claim may be rejected if the Management Company can prove that the cleaning organization acts in accordance with the concluded agreement and in accordance with the law. If the residents are not satisfied with this, then the apartment owners always have the right to convene a general meeting of owners and re-elect the method of managing the house.

Cleaning schedule: General sample

Clear organization of work is an important point in professional, high-quality cleaning, as in any other labor process.

When the performer clearly sees that he spends a clearly defined amount of time on putting a specific object in order, his efficiency and motivation will increase.

But in order to draw up a suitable schedule, it is necessary to take into account many circumstances, such as the specificity of the object, customer requirements, selection of special equipment, and the like.

For example, schedules for cleaning toilets in a kindergarten or a large shopping center will vary significantly.

Each cleaning service is divided according to the following characteristics:

  • Technological . This includes collecting garbage, putting various surfaces in order, cleaning from stains, vacuum treatment, wet cleaning, disinfection, protection against aging of rooms and objects, safety during operation, etc.
  • Object type . Types are divided into objects where people live (apartments, houses, cottages), public and industrial institutions, and adjacent territories.
  • Frequency . Here, services are differentiated into comprehensive initial, daily, weekly, and general cleaning.

We would like to note that a competent approach to the process depends on the correctness of the work schedule, and also simplifies the ability to control it.

Thanks to the schedule, the scope of activity of each performer is regulated, which also helps to avoid further misunderstandings.

You can coordinate your workday, your time, and the costs of performing the required type of cleaning of any room if you use a suitable schedule with specific specifications.

When inviting staff from cleaning companies to carry out work, make sure for yourself that the cleaning process is much more efficient if it is based on a predetermined schedule.

To organize your schedule, use the convenient program “1c enterprise” . Just download it from the Internet. It is good to fill out all the columns, keep detailed records, etc.

See the example in the picture below:

Step-by-step instructions and required documents when filing a complaint about poor cleaning

To fill out an application form with a complaint about poor cleaning in the entrances, you should use a special form, because arbitrarily drawn up complaints cannot be accepted by either the management company or the state housing supervision. The standard complaint form for poor cleaning at the entrance includes the following columns and points:

  • the addressee to whom the claim letter is sent;
  • information about the person who applied, including the obligatory contact number. for communication;
  • the main essence of the claim with references to the current provisions of the law;
  • proposing solutions to address the situation and take action;
  • painting and date.

If necessary, other papers are attached to the application in the form of acts, conclusions of visiting commission groups, state housing inspection, Russian consumer supervision, sanitary epidemiological station, etc. You can also attach a number of photos that reflect the deplorable state of the common area. It is imperative to track the fact of registration of the application and the presence of one of the copies in your hands. Otherwise, it will be difficult to provide proof of the fact of contacting certain authorities.

Possible outcome of the complaint

In practice, there are situations when the management authority does not respond to complaints and claims from residents. This can turn out to be completely negative for the organization. After all, residents are given the right to hold a general meeting of owners and choose a different way to manage the house. They are also assigned the authority to appeal to the State Housing Inspectorate, ROSPOTREBNADZOR, the prosecutor’s office, and the city or district administration. As a result, responsible persons may be fired, and it is also permissible to recalculate for poorly rendered services.

Cleaning schedule for residential building entrances: Sample

It is much more pleasant for every adequate person living in an apartment building to enter the clean and comfortable entrance of their home.

Residents decide on their own who will put things in order. Some do it themselves, taking turns with apartment numbers.

In other cases, the management company appoints cleaners or uses a cleaning service.

Be that as it may, so that there are no misunderstandings and disputes, and the entrance always shines, you need a schedule that is publicly accessible and satisfies everyone, according to which cleaning is carried out.

It is clear that no one will wash floors around the clock. Therefore, putting the front door in order is carried out according to a standard algorithm, which is displayed in the graphics.

Stages of cleaning in entrances:

  • Every day, the area of the first and second floors of an apartment building, which includes an elevator cabin and a garbage chute area, is swept with a damp broom.
  • The elevator cabin is cleaned daily.
  • The floor of the waste disposal area is cleaned daily.
  • Once a week the entrance to the entrance is cleaned, the shoe grid is cleaned, etc.
  • Twice a week, the spans of all floors of the house, as well as the elevator cabin and the garbage chute area are swept with a damp broom.
  • Twice a month the entire entrance is washed with special means.
  • Twice a month the ceilings, ceilings and walls of the elevator are treated with special products.
  • Window cleaning is done once or twice a year.
  • Once or twice a year, the front doors, lampshades and electrical panels on all floors are cleaned and washed.
  • Twice a year, batteries and railings are treated with special means and washed.
  • The technical premises located at the entrance are cleaned twice a year.

These are standard requirements for the sanitary condition of the internal common area, which are usually displayed in schedules aimed at maintaining the neatness of the entrance.

In fact, a sample for cleaning front doors may include many other items that suit all residents.

For example, the landings of some apartment buildings are replete with indoor plants, and in other buildings the staircases are completely carpeted.

When ordering cleaning services, display all the desired work in the schedule.

Who is responsible for the cleanliness of common areas

Often, residents of apartment buildings, paying utility bills on time, do not know who should be responsible for the dirt and disorder in vestibules, stairwells and elevator cabins. The responsibility for maintaining order rests with the management company (MC). The scope of work and the schedule for its implementation are specified in the agreement between the residents and the management company. If the item on cleaning is not mentioned in it, then the owners must resolve this issue independently by signing an agreement with a third-party contractor or individual.

Toilet Cleaning Schedule: Sample

If we paraphrase the well-known saying about the toilet, which is supposedly the face of the housewife, then the cleanliness and order of the toilet in a public institution is an image indicator of the company.

The bathroom cleaning schedule significantly simplifies the procedure and also complies with the requirements of SanPiN.

Depending on which organization the toilet room is located in, how much traffic there is and some other factors, the schedule indicates the required frequency of cleaning and the time it takes to complete it.

Routine cleaning is carried out according to the degree of contamination, but not less than twice a day. For example, in an educational institution, the following interim technical schedule can be applied:

Deep cleaning of restrooms at different sites varies from once a month to a weekly process.

Both during daily and during general cleaning, it is mandatory to disinfect all surfaces according to existing standards.

For the convenience of performers and controllers, it makes sense to include the following items in the schedule:

  • Time . A “from” and “to” limiter is indicated here so that the room is not closed for too long. In case of general cleaning, a specific date is indicated.
  • Performer . A box for your full name and signature, so that in case of complaints (preferably, of course, thanks) there is someone to present them to.
  • Controller . A box for the full name and signature of the person who conducted the inspection. (It’s immediately clear that the organization or company is serious - even something like the condition of the toilets is under control!).

Controller - a person whose responsibilities include monitoring the quality of cleaning in the toilet,

He must pay attention to such details as the absence of urinary stone deposits, rust stains, scale, cement deposits, lime deposits and the like.

Quality checking

Any owner can carry out a quality check, paying attention to the following factors:

  • are there any traces of garbage, cigarette butts, cigarette packs, beer cans or bottles;
  • are there large traces of dirt, puddles on the floor, clots of dust, etc.;
  • Is there a smell of spoiled garbage?

Advice! If there are suspicions of inadequate quality of services provided, the owner of the apartment can contact the person responsible for fulfilling the terms of the contract (depending on the chosen method of managing the apartment building) - the management company, the HOA or the chairman of the board of the apartment building with a complaint in order to take appropriate measures.
