Cut the bread into squares, diamonds, strips - as you like. Then mix the garlic and salt in a bowl. To avoid making breadcrumbs too salty or spicy, stir a little at a time. What kind of garlic should I use for our recipe? Dried and ground is best, since granulated garlic still has to be ground in a mortar, and regular garlic must be squeezed out, but there is no hassle with dried garlic - just pour it into a bowl and it’s ready.
Add the bread pieces to the bowl and mix, stirring gently with a spoon. Next, try - if something is missing for your taste, then add the missing element.
