With potatoes

What to cook from:

  • potatoes – 1 kg;
  • chicken fillet – 270 g;
  • onion – 1 pc.;
  • vegetable oil – 3 tbsp. l.;
  • sour cream 30% – 3 tbsp. l.;
  • mayonnaise – 2 tbsp. l.;
  • garlic clove – 1 pc.;
  • spices for potatoes, chicken;
  • salt;
  • water – 160 ml.

How to cook:

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into medium-sized pieces. Transfer the chopped vegetables into a container designed for microwave ovens.
  2. Add salt and spices for potatoes, add sunflower oil. Mix everything.
  3. Chop the peeled onion and add to the potatoes.
  4. Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces, add salt and season with spices.
  5. Combine the meat with sour cream, finely chopped garlic and mayonnaise.
  6. Mix the meat well and place it on top of the potatoes and onions.
  7. Pour in water, cover the pan with a lid and place in the oven. It will take 45 minutes to fully cook. The power should be 700 W.
