A tasty and satisfying breakfast can be prepared in just 20 minutes if you have cottage cheese, eggs and flour. I often cook these lazy dumplings in 20 minutes for my child. Served with sour cream.
Classic lazy dumplings

Ingredients
- 400 g cottage cheese;
- 1 egg;
- salt - to taste;
- 3 tablespoons sugar;
- 300 g flour.
Preparation
Mash the cottage cheese and mix with the egg, salt and sugar.
Add almost all the flour and knead the dough. Then divide it into several parts, form sausages and cut them into small pieces. Lightly sprinkle flour on top. Boil salted water and place lazy dumplings in it. As soon as they float, take them out.
